Ahalanui Park Hot Springs - PHOTOGRAPHER COMMENT

The pools seen in this panorama looked very inviting. Naturally heated by geothermal action and topped up and refreshed by circulating sea water. A natural bathing pool with a view over the Pacific Ocean. There is a Geothermal plant further inland near to the Lava Tree State Monument, which shows that the US is harnessing a small part of the energy here.

Panorama of the Hot Springs at Ahalanui Park in the Puna District of Hawaii Island.
