Weymouth is another very popular seaside resort in Dorset with a long sandy beach. This panoramic image was taken showing some of the streets near to the beach providing everything imaginable for a holiday here. Swimming gear, snorkeling, inflatable boats, these roads become a display of the typical English summer beach holiday. Some of it may even make it back to the homes of those who buy it if not lost on the beach on the way. Weymouth is going to host the sailing events of the 2012 Olympics.

From Dorchester take the A354 about 9 miles south to Weymouth. The town is just north of Portland and Portland Bill.
