Bessborough Gardens is a small garden next to the northern side of Vauxhall Bridge in Pimlico, London. They were designed for the Crown Estate by George Wimpey and with Peter Shepheard, acting as the housing developer and landscape architect respectively when they built the surrounding housing in the 1980's. The houses are built in the style of Thomas Cubitt, and in keeping with this the square adjoins the housing on the north and west sides.
At the southern end of the square is the Queen Mother's Commemorative Fountain, designed by Sir Peter Shepheard using a cast of one of George Vulliamy's dolphin lamp standard bases from the Embankment. The gardens are maintained by Westminster Council and open to the public.
