Temple de la Sagrada Familia 2 - PHOTOGRAPHER COMMENT
This panorama was taken from the walkway high up on the easter side of the Temple de Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, one of the most famous and popular tourist attractions of Barcelona. Not only are there spectacular views over Barcelona from up here, but it is also evident how much work still needs to be done. The tallest part of the church is still the crane! Because the walkway is so narrow, this panorama was shot hand held.

This panorama of the Temple de la Sagrada was taken from the northern walkway between two towers of the the church, offering spectacular views over Barcelona. This tower is more popular than the other tower at the southern end of the church. It is expected to take another 20 years or so until the building works on the Temple de la Sagrada Familia to be finished.
The influence of Antoni Gaudi are evident throughout the Temple de la Sagrada. In this panoramic picture the you can see the narrow walkway between the two towers wide enough (just) for people to transverse in single line. The views from the walkway over Barcelona are spectacular, but can hardly be called 'panoramic' as there is too much of the church spires and cranes blocking the circular view.
