The hillside on the western end of Es Jondal bay are quite steep. However, there is a fantastic panoramic view over the bay from them. Taking the panorama is not easy, and there were a couple of times I feared that I and the camera were destined for a slippery end. Worth it though.

A panorama overlooking Es Jondal, a secluded beach to the west of Ibiza Town on the southern coast of Ibiza. Es Jondal lies between Sa Caleta and Sa Caixota. This is an exclusive cove with an imported sand beach, popular with the owners of the large, expensive luxury villas that overlook the bay from the surrounding hills, and owners of luxury yachts that anchor here during the day. The local Restaurant Tropicana will take food out to the yachts if required. There is a sailing school here and the 4 star Hotel las Brasas del Ibiza is on the hilltop.

Travel Directions and Getting There
By Road: Take the PM803 north from Ibiza Town (south from San Antonio) to Sant Josep to Torente de sa Coya Sant. Here a road heads south past the Serra de sa Cova Santa caves towards the Es jondal on the coast.
