Playa de Muro is a natural beach between Alcudia Beach and Can Picafort on the north coast of Mallorca. The beach is lined with sand dunes and has a gentle sloping shore with fine white sand making it perfect for small children. As the beach is about 2 Km long, the center of the beach is relatively quiet even in the Summer, although it does become a favoured walk for early morning exercise.

Increasing demand for hotels and resorts have resulted in development slowly extending east from Alcudia along Playa de Muro creating a growing strip of hotels and beach resorts. Behind the beach are the S'Albufera wetlands which have been protected from development. Playa de Muro now boasts several 4 and 5 star hotels and is more expensive to stay in than some of the other nearby resorts.

The central section of the beach is partly nudist. It is sometimes called 'Platja de Muro' or 'Platges de Muro'.

Platges de Muro (Playa de Muro) is about 63km from Palma, via the Ma-13 to Alcudia and then Ma-12 along the bay. It is 7km east of Alcudia.
