Norwich Market - PHOTOGRAPHER COMMENT
This panorama was taken from the east side of Norwich Market on the corner of Gentlemans Walk and Davey Place. The market stalls are so closely packed that it would have been very difficult to take a reasonable picture from inside the market proper. If you look on the Satellite view of the Google map of Norwich, you can see the huge number of brightly coloured roofs of the stalls which fill the square. While being outdoors, in effect the stall awnings provide a very good cover from the elements. The tower of the city hall rises above the far end of the market in this panoramic image.
