This panorama was taken from one of the large open playing fields near to the Parks Road entrance to the University Parks. The buildings on the south side of the park belong to the Oxford University Science Area. The University Parks are open to the public and are a popular place to come and stroll, relax and play some sports. The satellite view of the Google map of Oxford shows both the extent of this park and the other parks around the city.

University Parks is one of the large parks in Oxford with open playing fields, cricket grounds and walks along the river Cherwell. This panoramic image was taken near to the entrance on Parks Road, at the southwest corner of the park.

TRAVEL DIRECTIONS AND GETTING THERE

Parks Road runs from Banbury Road to Broad Street. This entrance is near the junction of Parks Road and Keeble Street.
