This panorama was taken from the southern edge of Merton Filed. The buildings of the college are to the north. On the other side of the field is Dead Man's Walk. To the west is Merton Walk, which passes down the western edge of Merton Filed and along the grounds of Christ Church.

Panorama from Oxford taken from the Broadwalk showing the view over Merton Field. This walk along the southern edge of the historic city connects the River Cherwell in the east to St Aldgates. On the way it passes infront of the Gatehouse of Christ Church and through the War Memorial Gardens.

Entrance to Broadwalk is either via a gate from St Aldgates or through Rose Lane. More paths lead south around Christ Church Field.
