Emmanuel College - PHOTOGRAPHER COMMENT
The quad of Emmanuel College in Cambridge is typical of many quads in these ancient university colleges. The college buildings surround an immaculately kept lawn, and access to the rest of the college is via these buildings. Walking on the grass is strictly forbidden, so these panoramas will inevitably be taken from near one end of the quad, in this case close to the porter's lodge and college entrance, which can be seen leading onto St Andrew's Street.
