This panorama shows the flower market on the Ile de la Cite, the cradle and birth place of Paris. The alleyway between the stalls in the market was very narrow and full of cars. I took this panoramic image near the northern side of the island, it shows some of the Parisian buildings on the other side of the River Seine

The Île de la Cité is the birth place of Paris, for it was here in about 300BC that the city began. There is a permanent daily flower market here that runs between Quai de la Corse and Rue de Lutèce, between Pont au Change and Pont Notre Dame.
