San Carlos in Ibiza is also known as 'Sant Carles de Paralta'. This small village lies on the eastern end of Ibiza between Santa Eulalia del Rio and Cala de Sant Vincente. It is well known on the island for the community of resident artists, and the number of visitors to San Carlos is growing as a result.

San Calros is also near to a number of popular beaches, and too many people simply pass through the village without stopping on the way to them. The nearby beaches include Es Canar, Cala Llenya, Cala Mastella, Cala de Boix, Plataja des Figueral (Figueral Beach) and the small isolated port of Pous des Lleo.

San Carlos is 6km north of Santa Eulalia del Rio on the PM-810. 8km north of San Carlos on the PM-810 is Cala de Sant Vincente.
