Hurcott Pool lies on the outskirts of Kidderminster in Worcestershire. The small hamlet of Hurcott comprises mostly conversions of the old paper mill and associated buildings. The original mill was destroyed by fire in 1974, killing 2 firefighters.

Hurcott Pools and associated Woods cover 45 hectares on the northeast edge of Kidderminster. It is within walking distance of Hurcott Village, near to Kidderminster in Worcestershire. The site used to be in private ownership and was used for fishing and recreational activities. It is now owned by the council and part of it has been declared a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).
