Darling Harbour in a Storm - FURTHER INFORMATION
Darling Harbour in a Storm - Sydney visitor guide showing a virtual tour of 'Darling Harbour in a Storm' linked to an interactive map with local and travel information. 360° panoramas from New South Wales.
Panorama of a rainstorm painting the skies above Darling Harbour with a dark and imposing atmosphere.
From here at the Lime Street jetty on the eastern dock of Darling Harbour, north of Pyrmont footbridge visible here lined with flags, the panorama shows the HMAS Vampire moored at the National Maritime Museum. Many ferries, light commercial and pleasure craft, yachts and tugboats are passing through the busy channel leading to the Pyrmont footbridge, which swings open to allow access to the Harbourside quay.
This panorama was taken outside the Sydney Aquarium and adjacent Wildlife World on Wheat Street and looks on past the HMAS Vampire to Darling Island and the sun setting over the community parkland and lookout points in the central harbour area, Balmain East and Goat Island.
