Inside the Hoover Institution - PHOTOGRAPHER COMMENT
Panorama from inside one of the public galleries on the ground floor of the Hoover Institution on War, Revolution and Peace. The panorama shows some of the items in the room. I think this is the Lou Henry Hoover room.

The Hoover Tower is part of the Hoover Institution on War, Revolution and Peace. It was built to mark the 50th anniversary of Stanford University. Inside much of the building is given over to archives, amongst which many records about WWI, WWII and the life of Adolf Hitler. The collection began in 1919 and now contains some 750,000 firsthand accounts of historical events and political changes from around the world. The collection includes posters, audio and video tapes and has over 3,000 researchers visiting each year for studies. The Hoover Institution also shows changing exhibitions about a wide variety of topics to do with war, with the aim of promoting peace.
Many more people come to visit the Hoover Tower, and ascend to the viewing platform on the 14th floor, some 250 feet about the ground, offering spectacular panoramic views of Stanford University and surrounding area.
