Outside the Victoria Conference Center is a small courtyard with a fountain in the middle. Ducks can often be seen swimming in circles round it. In the summer the pillars are full of flowers. It is just behind the Empress Hotel. This panorama shows the exterior of the center, you can just see one of the ducks standing on the edge of the fountain.
