This panorama was taken from a spot in the middle of the Strip and shows both Harrah's and The Mirage hotels and casinos. Harrah's stands on the east of the Strip, and The Mirage is on the west. As can be seen in this picture, the Mirage hotel itself is set back from the road, whereas the entrance to the Harrah's casino is right by the pavement. The volcano event in front of The Mirage was being rebuilt at the time this panorama was taken.

The Mirage and Harrah's are two hotel / casinos near the middle section of the Las Vegas Strip (Las Vegas Boulevard South) in Las Vegas. In front of the Mirage is a volcanic extravaganza display. These casinos stand in the midst of numerous others. Sout of The Mirage is Caesars Palace, and to the north is Treasure Island. South of Harrah's is the Imperial Palace, while to the north is Casino Royale.

The nearest exits off the I-15 to the Harrah's and The Mirage are Spring Mountain Road to the north and Flamingo Road to the south.
