Flinders Chase National Park is at the southwest corner of Kangaroo Island, around 200Km southwest of Adelaide. The island is a protected sanctuary for endangered species and also home to some unusual geological formations such as these Remarkable Rocks.
The rocks are part of a granite outcrop and have been sculpted over millennia by the gradual erosion of wind and water. Another geological site nearby is Admirals Arch, a sea arch cliff and home to playful Fur Seals.
