Panorama taken from Tower Hill, an extinct volcano in Warrnambool at the western end of the Great Ocean Road in Australia.
Warrnambool, the surrounding region, takes it's name from the Aboriginal word for volcanic cone. The lush green fields visible in this panorama are testimony to the strong agricultural economy here, a proud tradition of land management which enhances the famous views across this scenic region and compliments the ruggedness of this notoriously treacherous coast, nicknamed 'Shipwreck Coast'.
