Otway National Park at the southern tip of Victoria state in Australia is west of Apollo Bay at the eastern end of the Great Ocean Road.
An amalgamation of Otway National Park, Angahook-Lorne State Park, Carlisle State Park, Melba Gully State Park, covering 13,000 hectares, this lush rainforest with diverse vegetation has many species of trees, ferns, lichen, mosses, wildlife and birds.
Guided pathways and walking routes are clearly signposted and well maintained, taking in waterfalls, cliffs, panoramic viewpoints, mountains and river rapids. There are gentle walkways with boardwalk access all around such as Maits Rest and more challenging routes suitable for all abilities.
Take in sights such as Carisbrook Waterfall, Marriners Falls and the Sunnybrooke lookout, the Pixie Caves and Point Addis, Swallow caves and Sheoak picnic ground.
