Terrace Beach is on the southern side of Ucluelet on the west coast of Vancouver Island. This is a rocky beach and cove, protected by surrounding headlands and set in a backdrop of temperate rain forest. The Lighthouse Loop of the Wild Pacific Trail winds along the southern edge of Terrace Beach. At the back of the beach are the cabins and rooms of Terrace Beach Resort. The beach is a public beach.

Terrace Beach is on Peninsula Road, on the southern edge of Ucluelet. There is some parking at the trail head of the Wild Pacific Trail close to the beach and next to the Terrace Beach Resort.
