Lions Pavillion at The Peak - PHOTOGRAPHER COMMENT
This panorama was taken from the Lions Pavilion, which is close to the The Peak Galleria Shopping Centre. This offers a panoramic view over part of Hong Kong Island, which, while not as expansive as the views at the top of The Peak, are free. It took a while to get the images without crowds of people, as the Lions Pavilion is a very popular tourist spot. Behind the pavilion were the obligatory people offering to take your picture, super-impose it on images of Hong Kong and sell it to you. These temporary work stations included laptops, cameras and printers running of car batteries.
