Zabalgana district under construction. According to the last growing of the city, Vitoria-Gasteiz will open new district towards north and south-west. Zabalgana is a fast growing district in the south west of Vitoria-Gasteiz in the Basque region of Spain. As can be seen in this panorama, the area is seeing a lot of new construction, principally residential tower blocks, which are rising quickly on the skyline. Even taller than the buildings are the numerous cranes currently being used.
