The Hong Kong Cultural Centre is on the harbour front in Kowloon, Hong Kong next to the Hong Kong Museum of Arts and just 2 minutes from the Star Ferry Terminal.
The Hong Kong Cultural Centre is a multi-purpose performing arts facility. Inside are numerous performing spaces for orchestral works as well as opera and theatre. The main facilities of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre include:
- Concert Hall - 2019 seats in a wood paneled, oval, two-tier concert hall, home to the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra. The concert hall also houses an 8,000 pipe organ, the largest in Asia.
- Grand Theatre - 1734 seater theatre used for opera, ballet, and musicals
- Studio Theatre - between 300 - 500 seats depending on arrangement, used for smaller-scale theatre and otehr performance
