Quezon City is the former capital and most populous city in the Philippines. The city is found on Luzon Island and is now one of the cities and municipalities that make up Metro Manila. It was named after Manuel L. Quezon, the former president of the Commonwealth of the Philippines. Quezon City served as the capital of the Philippines between 1946 - 1972 and many of the government offices are still located here.

• Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife - zoological and botanical garden found near Quezon Memorial City with a man-made lagoon.
