San Francisco Bay from Pier 39 - PHOTOGRAPHER COMMENT
A panorama taken from the end of Pier 39 overlooking San Francisco Bay. You can tell it is Pier 39 because of the massive sign shown on the buildings in this panorama. The picture was taken on a sunny spring morning, and the view over the bay was clear. You can see Angel Island, Alcatraz and then all the way along the coast to the Golden Gate Bridge. Compared to the rest of Pier 39, the end here is really quiet, and a good place to get away from all the tourists.
