The John Farro Building stands in Downtown Los Angeles, next to the BP Plaza. It was previously known as the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power Building. On the opposite side of South Hope Street is the Los Angeles Music Centre, comprised of the Ahmanson Theatre, Mark Taper Forum, Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and Walt Disney Concert Hall. Nearby are the Westin Bonaventure Hotel, Mariot Los Angeles Downtown Hotel and the Museum of Contemporary Art.
