Four Mile Trail is an arduous trail that ascends steeply up to Moran Point from the base of Yosemite Valley and then traverses over to Glacier Point in Yosemite National Park. The trail is 4 miles long and closed during the winter months. The rewards of hiking it are stunning views along much of Yosemite Valley, including views over to the Upper and Lower Yosemite Falls cascading over a cliff near Yosemite Point. To the right of the falls in this image is Indian Canyon, and to the left are Columbia Rock, the Three Brothers (Eagle Peak, Middle Brother and Lower Brother). The range ends with El Capitan.
