Newquay is a popular holiday destination in Cornwall. The town is well know for surfing and clubbing, and gets very busy during the summer months. The coastline around Newquay is very dramatic, with paths giving access to the sandy beaches from the tops of the cliffs. At low tide long beaches are exposed, as shown in this picture, and the seas are used for surfing and body boarding.
