St Ives is a very popular tourist destination in Cornwall. The promenade is lined with restaurants, cafes and shops selling beach holiday items. St Ives also contains a large number of art and craft galleries. The harbour is dry at low tide and protected by sea walls at either end.

Car: Take the B3311 north from Penzance.
Train: St Ives station
