Kulgera is a small bush town surrounded by thousands of kilometres of cattle station. It lies just 21 kilometres from the border between South Australian and the Northern Territory of Australia. This remote settlement is in Pitjantjatjara country, and numerous good aboriginal paintings can be found at sites in the area.`
