Keyhaven Marshes - PHOTOGRAPHER COMMENT
A panorama taken of the coastal marshland near to the boatyard at Keyhaven. The picture was taken on a sunny day. The largish boat moored by the banks of the Keyhaven River is the local ferry service between Keyhaven and Hurst Castle. The castle is on a shingle spur out in the marshes and beyond this is the outline of the Ilse of Wight.

It is protected by a large shingle spur upon which is built Hurst Castle. There is a path through the marshes, shown in this picture, which is part of the 70 mile walk through Hampshire.
