Barmble Bush Bay is a small and tranquil bay overlooking Poole Harbour. It is very close to Shell Bay Beach, but is much quieter with far fewer visitors. Within the bay are moored a few house boats. At low tide these end up sitting on the mud flats. Borwnsea Island sits in the middle of Poole Harbour. Just behind the beach is a small cafe.
TRAVEL DIRECTIONS AND GETTING THERE
Bramble Bush Bay is on Ferry Road, near to the Sandbanks Chain Ferry terminal next to Shell Bay Beach. There is limited free parking alongside the road, or paid parking in the National Trust car park. There is no parking at the cafe.
