The Sea Music Sculpture stands in pride of place on Poole Quay. At the top is a good viewing platform with panoramic views over Poole Quay and Poole Harbour. Poole Quay is a popular tourist attraction in Poole, lined with restaurants, cafes and bars along with various shops. Other attractions include Poole Aquarium and the Poole Museum with a 2,000 year old longboat. Nearby is the Poole Quay passenger ferry terminal, where visitors board various cruises around Poole Harbour or over to Brownsea Island. For those interested in boating, the RNLI headquarters headquarters are nearby, and the Sunseeker factory is on the other side of the channel.
TRAVEL DIRECTIONS AND GETTING THERE
Car: Poole Quay is best accessed from West Street (A350), parking is very limited.
Bus: Poole Welcome Centre on The Quay.
