The Farmers Market in Richmond is in Heron Square, right next to Richmond Bridge and Riverside. The market runs from 11am to 3pm on Saturdays. This farmers market sells a variety of fresh produce, cheeses, hams and meats, breads and fresh vegetables. There are also stalls selling cooked food and among the more popular has to be the hog roast stall, which starts cooking the hog at around dawn.

There are several local farmers markets in this part of London, with those at Twickenham, Barnes and East Sheen being popular.
