This Hammersmith Cemetery lies just south of the River Thames near Chiswick Bridge and the Fullham (North Sheen) Cemetery in the London borough of Richmond upon Thames. It is sometimes known as Mortlake Cemetery as the Mortlake Crematorium is at the northern end. This Hammersmith Cemetery is not to be confused with the other Hammersmith Cemetery (originally called Margravine Cemetery) in Fullham.
