Queen's Garden in Dunedin - FURTHER INFORMATION
Queen's Garden in Dunedin - Dunedin visitor guide showing a virtual tour of 'Queen's Garden in Dunedin' linked to an interactive map with local and travel information. 360° panoramas from Otago.
Queen's Gardens contain the main war memorial of Dunedin and a plaque commemorating the recipients of the Victoria Cross from New Zealand. The gardens are opposite the Otago Settlers Museum, a short distance from Anzac Square (where the memorial used to stand) and Dunedin Railway Station. The First Church of Otago dominates the far side of the square and it's spire rises above the city skyline. It is a short walk form here to the Octagon.
TRAVEL DIRECTIONS AND GETTING THERE
Queen's Gardens are bounded by Crawford Street and Queens Gardens, both of which form part of the 1 Highway's one-way-system through Dunedin. There is limited, time restricted, parking by the gardens.
