Rotary Park lies at the western end of the Otago Peninsula at the top of a hill above The Cove. From here there are views across the Otago Harbour to Ravensbourne on the far side. The views extend all the way down Otago Harbour to the east and along the southern flank of the Otago Peninsula. This end of the Otago Peninsula is on the outskirts of Dunedin and new developments were being built at the time this image was taken.

Rotary Park is at the junction of McKerrow Street and Highcliff Road. There is parking in the park.
