Caroline Bay Park backs onto Caroline Bay in Timaru. The park an bay are the location of an annual 3 week carnival that takes place over the Christmas - New Year period and attracts people from all over New Zealand with free concerts, fair ground rides and fire work displays. Part of the park is taken up by the Trevor Griffiths Rose Garden.
