Panorama taken from the weather station at the top of Rock Peak. It took about an hour to walk here from the car park, and the trails continued up into the hills. I passed no one on the way up or down.

Rock Peak is about 1480m above sea level, overlooking Roadmans Gully and the surrounding mountains.

An hour walk along a trail from a parking lot by Crown Range Road, about 29km north of Queenstown and 40km south of Wanaka.
