Thunder Creek Falls - PHOTOGRAPHER COMMENT
A short path and wet wooden steps lead to a viewpoint for Thunder Creek Falls. This panorama was taken from the banks of the Haast River opposite the waterfalls. Both the river and waterfall are full and swollen after heavy rain, though now, late in the afternoon, the sun is coming through the clouds.
