The Hokianga Vehicle Ferry crosses Hokianga Harbour in New Zealand between Rawene and Kohu Kohu. The first sailing departs Rawene around 7:30 pm and the last sailing leaves the landing site at The Narrows near Kohukohu around 8pm (details correct at time of writing December 2008). The ferry crossing provides a relaxing way to cirucmvent the long drive around the harbour while giving beautiful views of this part of Northland.
