Westlake Center Plaza is adjacent to the Westlake Center in downtown Seattle. The plaza contains some seating and a restful fountain in Westlake Park next to the main road. On the edges of the plaza is the second busiest Starbucks in North America, fitting as Seattle was the birthplace of Starbucks.

The plaza and surrounding area is full of retail shops, and this forms one of the shopping focusses in Seattle. The Westlake Center is also a major transit hub in the city with access to terminals for Seattle Center Monorail, the South Lake Union Streetcar and Sound Transit's Link Light Rail. Underneath is the Metro bus Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel.
