Pier 66 is a popular visitor and tourist destination in Seattle. Nearby are the Bell Harbour Conference Center, Marriott Waterfront Hotel and the World Trade Center in Seattle. The pier is well known for Anthony's Pier 66 restaurant, a popular Seattle dinging spot.

On the top of Pier 66 a walkway provides some of the best views of the Seattle city skyline as well as over Elliot Bay and out to Puget Sound. Pier 66 is a short walk from Pike Place Market and Olympic Sculpture Park. A little to the south, just past the marina, is Waterfront Park.
