Waialua Bay is at the mouth of Anahulu River at the northern end of Haliewa on the North Shore of Oahu in Hawaii. The bay contains Haleiwa Beach Park to the right and to the left is Haleiwa Small Boat Harbour and then Haleiwa Alii Beach Park.
Haleiwa Small Boat Harbor contains 21 berths, 54 moorings, 3 ramps, vessel washdown points, restrooms and showers. Anchorage permits may be obtained from the harbor office (address below). Boats may be chartered from here for fishing and diving tirps along the North Shore. It is one of the nearest harbors to Kaena Point in Kaena Point State Park, a popular dive site in the summer with lots of caverns, overhangs and pukas.
