This panorama was taken from the top of the walls of the Citadel in Budapest. From here there are great panoramic views over the east of Budapest and the River Danube. The Freedom Monument just outside the Citadel dominates the skyline.The Citadel is a major tourist attraction in Budapest. It is at the top of Gellért Hill and has commanding views over the city. Entrance to the Citadel covers entrance to the Citadel Bunker.

10 minutes walk from the Elizabeth Bridge (Erzsébet hid), or from the St. Gellért Square (Szt. Gellért tér) up Gellért Hill.
