He'eia Kea Small Boat Harbor is near to Kahalu'u, next to Heeia State Park a short distance north of Kaneohe on the east coast of Oahu island in Hawaii. The harbor has 21 berths, 54 moorings, 3 ramps, Vessel ashdown, restrooms, showers. Boat anchorage is by permit only, available from the harbor office.
He'eia Kea Small Boat Harbor has the only public pier and boat ramp on Kāneʻohe Bay. Nearby are several fishponds, including Kahalu'u Fishpond and the Heʻeia Fishpond, the largest fishpond on Oahu. Those sailing around He'eia are rewarded with stunning views of the Koolau Range that lines the eastern shore of Oahu.
