The Lookout to Lanai Island is on the south coast of Oahu between Hanauma Bay and Makapuu Point. The lay by here provides fantastic views along this part of Oahu, dominated by the cone of Koko Crater. To the east is Hanauma Bay, a world renowned beach park and wildlife reserve. To the east the coast continues past the Halona Blowhole and Sandy Beach before reaching Makapuu Point at the easternmost point of Oahu.

The lookout to Lanai Island is about 12 miles east of Waikiki on the 72 (kalanianaole) Hwy, just past Hanauma Bay.
