This panorama shows the artificial reef at Schoenbrunn Zoo (Tiergarten Schönbrunn) which stands within the Schlosspark adjacent to Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna.

Schönbrunn Zoo houses giant pandas, and has a successful breeding programme with the first naturally conceived giant panda in Europe born here in 2007. Other highlights of the zoo include a rainforest house, aquarium and an polarium for animals of the Arctic region. Schönbrunn Zoo first opened in 1752 and in 2002 celebrated 250 years with a special 5 euro 250 Years of Vienna Zoo commemorative silver coin.
