The Maria Gruen (Maria Grün) is a small historic chapel at the southern end of the Prater Hauptallee in the woodland area of the Prater in Vienna. The chapel stands on the site of a previous forest shrine and is named after the venerated Maria- Grün (Mary in Green) picture that hangs over the altar.
The Hauptallee runs north through the Prater ending up at the Riesenrad Ferris Wheel and Wurstelprater amusement park attractions at the northern end.
